Since the local area will definitely be richer than before and the life quality of the local resident will be much better. This is because by leading tourists to the remote regions, the huge amount of current will significantly attract reference companies to start service businesses in the local area, which can increase working chances and change that the region's production mode. Take Litang, a small and poor town, for example, residents there once did nomadic works which can only made a few money. However, after the rise of the travel business, residents there are now doing catering and inn service job, which earns a couple of times lager than before. to conclude, by encouraging the tourism to remote regions can greatly improve the life quality there.

By contrast, simply spend money on refining the roof won't provide any useful suggestions for students' growth. For instance, during the war time, several brilliant professors in China found a University with poor environmental conditions. With the professional teaching, the student there later became great person in Chinese history. This indicate that the good teacher are more decisive than the environmental conditions. Therefore, we should spend money on hiring an additional teacher.
